Today, 19 Dec 2017, Ian Logan posted the following mtDNA Full Sequences to the Genealogy-DNA mailing list. They are in rCRS format.
Q-L527 is a Northwestern European branch of the Q-F1161 lineage. According to YFull analysis, it is between 15,200 and 18,800 years old.
Q-YP5097 is a branch of Q-Y16137. According to YFull calculations, it was born in a man who lived 1,400 to 2,100 years ago (CI 95%).
Q-M242 is the parent to all other Q branches. Its parent is P-M45. YFull dates show that Q-M242 is between 34,000 and 29,800 years old (95% CI). This is a much older date than in older published studies, and perhaps helps explain the great geographic spread of the branches under it.
